11.03.2009In 2008 we launched a review of our on-parc restaurants and brought in an independent organisation to perform audits throughout the year for each venue. Each audit includes 170 criteria related to hygiene and food safety.
We have launched three awards for the various concessionaires who run the restaurants are our parcs, and the first winners have just been announced.
- Best customer satisfaction scores: Manu Vincent, Le Bois Dormant & Le Bois Masson
- Most improved customer satisfaction: Frédéric and Christian, Domaine de Dugny
- Outstanding hygiene standards: Alain and Laurent, Occitania, Les Sables du Midi
