Posted on 06 February 2009 by Dan Johnson

Forget about the doom and gloom, Brittany Ferries is launching a £100 million brand new luxury cruise-ferry next week.

Armorique will service the popular Plymouth to Roscoff route. As you would expect from such a significant investment, the ship boasts state-of-the-art machinery which has been optimised to ensure smooth, efficient and environmentally-friendly service.

The ship’s contemporary interiors offer new levels of space, light, and comfort and passengers will enjoy a choice of stylish bars, boutiques, lounges and restaurants as well as two cinemas and dedicated areas for teenagers and children.

There are 248 comfortable en suite cabins with a total of 788 beds and 120 crew will look after as many as 1,500 passengers. Armorique has garage space for 500 cars and 60 articulated lorries.

And remember, the cheapest way to travel on the Plymouth to Roscoff route is to book a holiday through www.siblu.com.
